  • Champagne, caviar service, and custom touches on request
Signature Evenings

New Year’s Eve Casino Night

Katya Vineyards’ annual black-tie evening — gourmet courses, flowing wine, and a casino floor to count down the year. Seats are limited and sell out every December; ask about this year’s tickets.

Watch for wine-tasting dinners and seasonal chef’s events through the year — see what’s coming.

Medical & pharmaceutical dinner programs

Ocala’s physicians already eat here. The VIP room was built for the kind of evening a speaker program needs — a closed door, a screen, and a kitchen that can put twenty covers down at once without rushing the room next door.

  • A room that actually closes

Separated from the main dining room, not a roped-off corner of it. Conversation stays in the room, and so does the presentation.

  • Screen and presentation setup

Built-in screen for slide decks. Tell us what you are connecting and we will have it tested and ready before your first attendee parks.

  • Set per-person menus

Choose the menu and the per-head price in advance, so the spend is fixed and known before anyone sits down. Wine pairings optional, and easy to leave off.

  • Itemized invoicing

One detailed invoice with covers, courses and beverages listed separately — the documentation your program reporting needs, without a follow-up phone call.

  • Weeknight availability

Tuesday through Thursday is when the room is most available and the kitchen has the most time — the same nights most dinner programs are scheduled anyway.

  • Accurate headcounts

We hold the room to your confirmed number and tell you what actually walked in. No-shows are common in this format and the invoice should reflect the truth.

Planning a speaker program, a practice dinner, or a device in-service? Send the date, the headcount and your per-person budget and we will come back with a menu.

The Room

Set before the first guest arrives

Chandeliers over exposed brick, tables laid and candles lit — this is the room an hour before service, dressed the same way it will be for your party.

Tell us the occasion and the headcount and we will build the evening around it: the full à la carte menu, a curated pairing, or the Chef’s four-course tasting.
